GNND.com is committed to helping Law Enforcement Officers, Teachers, Firefighters, and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) obtain homes in the Good Neighbor Next Door Program. A HUD approved licensed real estate Agent in your area is assigned to each specific user to assist in the purchase of a home. You must provide complete and accurate information on the member registration in order to be connected with a representative in your area.
We have made every effort to see that the property descriptions listed on the web site are accurate. However, we assume no responsibility, and makes no guarantee, implied or otherwise, for the accuracy or validity of the information provided.
The state licensed real estate Agent assigned to each participant will assist Users in obtaining a property, completing and filing all required contracts with subsequent addenda for the Good Neighbor Next Door program. Agents will recommend local lenders to obtain financing and home inspectors for conducting inspections. Agents will assist in modifying repair escrows if needed, and coordinating 203(K) personnel. Agent’s commissions are added to the total cost of the property. Repairs, Agent commissions, expenses and closing cost can be financed by participants who choose FHA financing. By participating and using the services of the assigned Agent, and you agree to pay said Agent a mutually agreeable commission (5% in most areas) of the sales price of the home, except in instances where the Seller pays the real estate commissions. Bruce Arrant and GNND Realty may receive a referral fee or other compensation from the Agent or service provider.
For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically recognizes the consumer’s domain name or IP address. Aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit is collected automatically to help us improve site use ability and site design.
